At Cabinets To Go our mission is to provide products for our customers that increase both the value and comfort of their homes. Each of us as employees of Cabinets To Go will work tirelessly to ensure that these products are responsibly sourced, of high quality, are available to ship quickly and are at the most affordable prices in their markets. Furthermore, we will strive to provide these products coupled with the highest level of customer service as we understand and appreciate the importance and true value of our customers’ homes, time and money.


"On The Job" Training

  • Sales Associate Training (“SAT”): New sales associates receive training in sales techniques and process, product knowledge, and kitchen design.

  • Manager Development Program (“MDP”): The MDP is designed to provide Store Managers (SM) with the fundamentals necessary to be a successful SM. New SMs will spend 1-2 weeks in the Franklin, TN location receiving training in processes, product knowledge, kitchen design, and other basic skills.

  • Manager Excellence Program (“MEP”): Once a SM has been with CTG a while, there is an opportunity to attend the MEP. This program is designed to help the more experienced SM work to better hone managerial skills. It is an intensive 3 week program held over the course of 3 months at the Company’s location in Franklin, TN.
