The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of all measurements supplied to CTG. CTG accepts no responsibility or liability for measurement errors. The customer is responsible for the final design approval.

The customer is required to pay in full prior to shipping direct to a residence, business or picking up at any retail location.

All delivery times are estimates; CTG cannot guarantee specific deadlines and recommends that the buyer not schedule installation until the buyer receives product.

CTG contracts delivery services through common carriers. CTG does not direct or control the operations of the Common Carriers. Each Carrier sets and executes its own policies and practices.

Cabinets are delivered unassembled. Claims for shortages or damages must be made upon receipt. The buyer is responsible for final inspection. Concealed damage claims (damage found after unpacking) must be made within 10 days of receipt of product. Do not install damaged or defective product. Returns are permitted within 30 days of receipt of product unless excluded below. The customer will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return or exchange, product must be in its original condition and packing. Installed product may not be exchanged or returned. Custom ordered products such as, but not limited to Gracious Home Custom Cabinetry, Gracious Home Custom Closets, Custom order Pronto Top Countertops, and Special Orders, Close-out items, Clearance products sold as AS-IS may not be returned. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are the responsibility of the buyer. Claims for knobs and pulls have to be made within 90 days from the date of purchase.Once a custom order product order has been placed, there are no changes allowed.

CTG accepts cash, checks, debit cards and credit cards. A $50 fee will be assessed for returned checks. Refunds for purchases made by cash or check will be refunded by check within 2-4 weeks and purchases by credit or debit card will be credited back to the credit or debit card used for the purchase. Down payments or deposits are due and payable at the time of order.

Providing personal information is voluntary and not a condition of sale but no warranty, return or exchange is allowed unless the buyer furnishes his/her name, address and telephone number. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information on how we protect your information.
