Unfinished utility grade flooring will have knots, worm holes, milling imperfections, and require shorter plank length which makes it a rustic and economical choice. These Oak planks are 3/4" x 2 1/4". Allow for a minimum 20% waste factor. 

Unfinished flooring should be sanded and finished after installation, and therefore, does not come with a warranty.
